I would tell them that the atmosphere is very beautiful and I have had no problems with anything so far. Everyone is very nice and I am loving it here.

I absolutely LOVE Casa Tierra! I have lived here for a year and a half. The management is super nice and professional. When I have had to call maintenance, they have completed my requests immediately. I have never had any problems with my neighbors or anyone else in the community. Appliances are up to date and the grounds are well kept. I love the layout of my apartment and the square footage is perfect! I feel safe living at Casa Tierra and I am confident that the management will continue to provide a great community to call home!

I like living here, it is quiet and the location is convenient for me. The staff from what i have experienced is very nice and accommodating. The gym, laundry, and pool areas are always clean as well.

I enjoy living here and have recommmended to my friends if they are looking for a great place to live this is it. Not only do I enjoy my home but Brittney and Rebecca are 2 of the best people I know, they make you feel welcome and will always take the time to say hi and remember my name. it really is a community and it is because of their dedication to details and people that make it a place I call home. The only thing I would change if I could is a new dish washer, the one in the apartment is OK but it is old and doesn't always get the job done.

I love my home here, I feel safe and relaxed. I think the management and the community work very well together.

This is an excellent complex and one of the best managed in the city. I am very happy to live here. The staff, especially the maintenance staff, are wonderful, always helpful and prompt. If I had any complaints it would be that there isn't enough cabinet space in the kitchen, so whatever engineers or builders designed it obviously never spent any time in a kitchen! :)

Casa Tierra is a wonderful community and neighborhood.
